Ingredientes:

1/4 Taza de avena integral.
1 Cucharada de chia.
3 Sobres de stevia.
1/2 Banana.
Chorrito de agua.

Preparación:

Se licúan todos los ingredientes y se deja reposar por 5 minutos, la chia ayudara a que la mezcla espese, luego agregarle otro chorrito de agua así la mezcla rendira mas luego preparar las panquecas en sartén de teflon.


Ingredients:
1/4 cup whole oats.
1 Tablespoon of chia.
3 sachets of stevia.
1/2 Banana.
A little of water.

Directions:

liquefy all ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes, the chia help the mixture thickens, then add another little of water (the mixture yield more), then prepare pancakes in frying teflon pan.
